About the job

A broad RFP and client services role with a specialist active asset manager, combining high-quality proposal writing with client support and the opportunity to help shape how AI is used across the RFP process. There are two positions within the team: one permanent hire and one 12-month FTC, offering genuine breadth across RFP/DDQ writing, process improvement and client services.

The Opportunity

• Take ownership of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs, working closely with investment, sales, marketing and operational teams to produce accurate, well-researched and compelling responses across institutional and wholesale channels.
• Play an active role in AI and process improvement, supporting the adoption of AI tools within the RFP function and identifying practical ways to improve efficiency, consistency and quality across proposal processes.
• Gain broader exposure to client services, developing a detailed understanding of the firm’s investment strategies and products while supporting content management, CRM activity and wider client requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience within an RFP, client services or closely related role in investment management, with strong knowledge of institutional and/or wholesale markets.
• An excellent writer with strong attention to detail, able to translate complex investment information into clear, concise responses while managing multiple deadlines.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working across teams, with an interest in AI, technology and improving existing processes; experience with proposal management platforms would be advantageous.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of RFP writing but wants a broader remit spanning client service and the evolution of how RFP work is delivered through AI.

These roles are based in London (4 days per week in office).
