Our client, a top Wealth Manager is looking for two Wealth Management Operations associates.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Associate will be responsible for providing accurate, timely and professional operational and client support. Key duties will include:

• Data Entry – Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, transaction and account information across internal systems, ensuring a high level of data quality and attention to detail.
• Report Generation and Distribution – Generate, review and distribute client reports accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Client Onboarding and Trade Entry – Process new client onboarding applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with internal policies and procedures. Input and validate investment trades within operational systems.
• Dealing and Settlement – Process dealing instructions for investments, ensuring shares are accurately bought or sold on behalf of clients. Assist with the associated cash settlement processes and ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Cash Management – Process client payments and support daily cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and investigation of any discrepancies.
• Quarterly Fund Distributions – Take ownership of, and support, the end-to-end quarterly fund distribution process. This includes the accurate calculation, processing and reconciliation of distributions, ensuring investment income is paid to clients accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Enquiry Management – Manage and resolve client email enquiries through the case management system, providing accurate and professional responses in line with our industry-leading service level agreements (SLAs).
• Call Handling – Handle inbound and outbound client calls, providing a professional, responsive and client-focused service.
• Ad Hoc Projects and Process Improvement – Support process improvement initiatives, system enhancements and other ad hoc projects, contributing to the ongoing development and efficiency of the team and wider business.
